The JS-FGF-1200 is a heavy-duty industrial large-format 3D printer – built around our proprietary Fused Granular Fabrication (FGF) process to reliably produce massive, high-strength parts for your production floor. It’s driven by a robust servo motor architecture that delivers exceptional stability, high accuracy, and repeatability even at high speeds. An advanced screw extrusion system and an upgraded 40 kg hopper enable the 1200 model to print directly from economical polymer pellets — bypassing the high costs and limitations of traditional filament systems — reliably over hundreds of print hours. The machine is engineered for relentless industrial efficiency, capable of maintaining rapid print speeds of up to 200 mm/s without sacrificing part quality or structural integrity across its expansive build area.
